Damaged Ford Focus appears to have been abandoned & is also parked on grass verge

The car has severe damage to near side rear of the vehicle with the tyre shredded & hanging off the vehicle. It has been parked here for some time & is also illegally parked on the grass verge on the junction of Deerswood Avenue & Hare Lane
