Gash in the road fabric lasting several yards

Reported in the Potholes category by stephen blatch at 12:13, Wed 6 December 2017

Sent to Trafford Borough Council 1 minute later

When Heavy vehicles, such as a full bus goes over this difference in road surfacing it causes a tremor like an earthquake and causes shuddering to my house. this is so severe that y wife felt the floors in the bedroom move when she was doing craft work. It rattles items in the other front bedroom. This has been reported before [approx 1 year] and we thought you may have included remedial work with the other kingsway work happening locally

  • A small patch of road was repaired and the tremors have been reduced, but not completely removed. The amount of patch could have been more extensive especially with the engineering used.
