The Avenue footpath. Wall collapsing.

Reported via Android in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 16:34, Mon 4 December 2017

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later

The avenue footpath is in a terrible state. The wall is bulged out and is collapsing. (Look at the amount of bricks that have fallen on the pavement). This has made it impossible to walk on with a buggy, let alone with a wheelchair (see photo). Disabled users have to use the 30mph cartiageway with traffic in both directions. This is completely unacceptable and would never happen in Bath or Keynsham, so why is it allowed in Timsbury? This pavement is discriminatory to disabled and elderly users.
