Near carpet right flytipping and rotten food

Reported in the Refuse & recycling category by Alex Armstrong at 12:06, Mon 4 December 2017

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 3 minutes later

We picked up the most rotten food as seagulls dive bomb towards it, endangering car drivers. The fly-tipping is near two green recycling bins at entrance of Carpet Right car park. Also: if you then go down to Lewes Road itself on the other corner of Coombe Road-Lewes Road: lots of bin bags about to be ripped by seagulls again.
