Adelaide Road pedestrian crossing halo-style light on east side is misaligned so poor visibility from the road. Also the crossing paint on the road surface is mostly worn away, reducing crossing visibility for drivers. Crossing not marked on WCC traffic light fault reporting page, hence reporting here.
