Uneven pavement/Tree Roots

Pavement outside St.James Court flats is very uneven and there are exposed tree roots.

It makes for a unsafe surface and trip hazard. A number of are residents are disabled and they are fearful of tripping and falling.

  • RGB has responded quickly on this issue however the execution by contractors as very unsatisfactory.

    1. Two out of three tree surrounds were retarmac'd. The tree area outside St.James Court flats 1-6 was ignored.

    2. The street where the contractors had been working was left in a filthy state.

    3. Job waste (removed tarmac / tree roots) were just left on the roadside.
