Bins on pavement stoping people getting past and Rubish not being taken away.

I would like to report 2 things. The first being the way the recycling bin collection men just though the bins back onto the pavement, not thinking about old people in mobility scooters who have no way of getting past waiting for a passerby to help them to get past, by moving the bins into a more suitable position. And secondly the rubbish that as built up over the past couple of weeks in Riley Drive because we never see anyone from the council come up to check if it’s clean or not, it seems to me that they only take care of the main roads and not us up the side roads.

It was all cleared away within a day or two. But it is an issue every other Thursdays and Friday’s due to bin collection on Friday am, and most of the time the recycling is not collected at all because of recycling vehicle accessibility up into Riley Drive. The Rubbish collection vehicle never seams to have a problem collecting the rubbish from the same place, about half hour earlier.
