The stretch of footpath along Warton Lane between the junction with Newton Lane and Orchard Close is in a dangerous condition.

Reported by David Rowse at 10:56, Fri 1 December 2017

Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

Although the state of this part of the footpath along Warton Lane has been reported to our County Councillor on a number of occasions for over longer than a year; that he has taken photographs and reported the problem to highways, nothing has been done. It now appears that footpaths in other parts of the village are to be resurfaced: these are in better condition that the area described above and given that a number of older residents over the age of 70 live along the part of Warton Lane in question it is concerning that the current situation is dangerous to them and limits their mobility and increases their loneliness.
