Street light broken

Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 02:54, Fri 1 December 2017

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later

The street light at the end of the lane on Heathfield Road has been broken for several months. Unfortunately this has led loitering, antisocial behaviour in the lane entrance, littering, urinating, substance abuse and fly tipping under cover of darkness. Overall security in the area has dropped.

  • It has been almost two months. The street lights are still broken - attracts the ASBO types.

  • Alleyway lamp broken - decommissioned? Shouldn't be, would be great to have more security lighting in the area.
