Firstly I also reported this problem using the alternative procedure and was given reference 014031. Danebridge Road is often used by fly tippers to dump rubbish as most places along it are not visible to residents. This collection of plastic bags and other items has been there for a few days now. The rubbish is dumped on the river side of the road.
