Car Selling

Sent to Kent County Council and Thanet District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 115299.

Up to 5 cars (usually 3 or more) being sold from the end of St.Peters Court Road at junction with Albion Road.Gentleman concerned lives in house across the road (Albion Road) behind flint wall. Yellow lines have been inserted because of the nuisance he is causing and he still remains to park and sell these cars outside someone else,s property. Whether these vehicles are all taxed/insured...i don't know!!!This has been occurring for a few years now and is a nuisance and undesirable.

Gentleman in question still continues to sell cars from this location, often rotating these with one another so that it doesn't appear the same cars are there all the time...tax on two of these cars expires at end of June!!!...we'll see what happens then..!!!

Gentleman concerned in my previous/earlier complaints still selling cars from same location, but now one of these vehicles N842 JHK has out-of-date car tax...this expired at end of June and it is now 12th July.As of yesterday this car was still being driven..and remains in St.Peters Court Rd., with "for sale" on its windows.
What is going to happen about this situation now..?

now 19th June...and same car is there with tax that expired at the end of June...hey, whatever so you can break the law and nothing gets done about it..
