Up from Church on Wells Road there are trees hanging precariously over power lines and the road

Just up from the church, trees are hanging over the road/power lines and could fall onto the road at any times. My previous report on this received the answer from the team that the trees are on private land and that I could cut them back to the boundary, but the risk is to the road/power lines here, not my land (I don't own land there), and of course those that use the road. They need attention to protect the road and power lines.
