Flytipping Household Waste DG3 Building, Millharbour E14

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 18:11, Thu 23 November 2017

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1150205.

23.11.17 - Flytipping of general household waste in multiple bags all across the DG3'sv verges and on the path by the TH litter bin at corner of Millharbour and Marsh Wall E14. This has been going on regularly since April 2017 and this is the fifth time it has been reported to TH council. Household waste is dumped in tied up plastic bags and includes food waste from cooking (i.e. empty pork fillet packets) so this clearly a health hazard. The waste must be being dumped by nearby residents as you would not go to work with your bin bag! The residents in Millharbour and Marsh Wall are obviously just dumping waste in the local verges and this needs to be stopped otherwise all the new residents in the huge proliferation of housing blocks in this area will do the same thing. Please can something be done and some signs put up to deter others from doing the same. Thank you.
