After the bins have been emptied!
Reported via iOS in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 12:40, Thu 23 November 2017
Sent to Lewisham Borough Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1149936.
There are three bins at this site which are emptied weekly. I believe they belong to the flats above the Co Op. This is not satisfactory because every week they are overflowing and this is acting as an encouragement to Flytipping all around them. Is it possible to remove the bins and have a system of bag collection from Brockley Road instead which is what the flats above the shops do? This photo was taken the day after the refuse collection and is a sight that is most unpleasant, but one we are seeing at this site all too often.

The rubbish was cleared pretty quickly, however I have had to report it at least twice more since then as the site attracts fly tippers and will continue to do so until the bins are permanently removed
