Water discharge from surface water drain

Water discharge from surface water drain during and for several days after wet weather. Pedestrians forced to walk in middle of road. Pavement and post box splashed by passing vehicles. This was alleged to be fixed a few months ago but the problem has returned since last week.

Poor, as it has not been fixed and pedestrians have to walk in the middle of road or risk being splashed with polluted water in front of the post box.
