Over large trees near property

Reported in the Trees category by Westfield Parish Council at 13:57, Monday 20 November 2017

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later

The owners of 33 Waterford Park have called into the office asking that someone checks the trees (2) next to their property that have become over sized and are dropping their leaves and branches onto the house. The guttering needs cleaning out almost weekly and as they are retired and disabled they are unable to do this, so have to pay someone else to do it. Windows have had to be replaced where they have been hit by branches falling from the trees. They do not want the trees removed, but significantly reduced in size. I have sent a separate email with contact details for the residents and they would appreciate a response.
