  • This has been a persistent problem, spring, summer, autumn and winter over several years. The road hazards identified by the other report are all valid but there is also the environmental concern if this water is either fresh (drinking) or sewage water. Whether public or private land-owner responsibility, the problem surely needs definitive action.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 09:55, Mon 18 December 2017

  • The water is still flowing so whose problem is it can we really afford to lose water at this rate forever

  • The Highways Authority has taken action!! They have placed an Ice Hazard sign at the kerb-side at each end of the water flow (read ice-flow).
