Section of Fence in River.

Sent to Lancashire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1146286.
At River side a fallen Tree Crumpled a section of Fence , which prevents Public from falling in to River. Over a period of time, the Fence Section has been dragged about from its original position. It has now ended up in the River. Please get it out and Replace the Damaged/Missing Section as a matter of Urgency. Thank you.

It looks like it could be "Work in Progress"? The fence cannot be seen now thus, I am assuming that it has been taken away and is being repaired/replaced, ready to be re-fixed in to the original position?
