In Centre of carriageway where vehicles turn coming in/out of Market Road, BURGH CASTLE, only developed in last few days

I have had an e-mail to say no action, that is a ridiculous reply are they visiting the Mill Road/Market Road/High Road junction in BURGH CASTLE, which is correct and as reported or are they visiting Mill Road at Cobholm which is incorrect.
