Road repair has left uneven surface

This morning, I was cycling along the Botley Road towards Oxford, in the cycle lane, and as I approached the station bridge, just after passing Roger Dudman Way, my wheels caught the edge of recent uneven road repairs and this caused me to seriously wobble and fall, fortunately, to the left (the van beside me stopped in case I fell the other way). I was not cycling fast and I do not ride a racing bike, nor have smooth tyres.
I am deeply concerned that someone cycling a little faster than I will not be so fortunate and this will also make me nervous as I approach this section of road. The repairs are relatively recent.
Could this be looked at, as there are obviously some edges to the repairs which caught my tyres?
I look forward to a speedy response please.

Please revisit this issue, as the road surface before the railway bridge on the Botley side and after the railway bridge on the Oxford side is in very bad condition with lots of pot holes and water seeping through, even during this spell of hot weather. The problem is NOT fixed and has NOT gone away.

Apologies for the standard response to close this enquiry. We are going to look into carrying out further works here once the schemes along the Botley road have been completed. In the mean time, we are monitoring and making safe potholes and safety defects. If you wish to report a specific issue here, please raise a new enquiry and we will get a notification. https://fixmystreet.oxfordshire.gov.uk/
