Mud on the road

Excessive mud on the road caused by vehicles exiting from two large housing developments, one on each side of the road. The developers use a gully sweeper on the road, but it is insufficient to keep it clean. They should put the vehicles through wheel washes prior to them leaving the sites, and driving onto the road.
