Sponge tube fly tipping

Reported via iOS in the Flytipping category anonymously at 14:13, Saturday 11 November 2017

Sent to Northumberland County Council 1 minute later

A company has taken down scaffolding they used to felt the coop roof. The scaffolding had sponge tubes to prevent pedestrians from walking into them. They have dumped the tubes in a gap in between the garages behind the square at Guide post. Now children are extracting them and throwing the all over the road. I have contacted the coop and they have said they will contact the scaffolding company on Monday.
