Sent to Cardiff Council 2 minutes later
Everyday Newport road from the top all the hill to town is grid lock. Please don't tell me that there are road works in the area for this diversion because I don't buy that pathetic excuse. A capital city whose infrastructure to accommodate traffic is non existent. It should be ashamed to be classed as a city without anyway of having any options comfortably getting into the city. As you can see even the busses are backed up. Disgusting and totally unacceptable. I'm pretty sure there is no relistic plan inplace to solve this problem. Just lots of talking by the local council on how we can squeeze more houses into an already dense area to make more money and increase more cars, pollution and delays.
