Tree growing out into the roadway

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 11:59, Fri 10 November 2017

Sent to Derby City Council 1 minute later

The tree in the picture (highlighted) is being allowed to grow out into the road resulting in vehicles moving out into the centre of the road to pass. It's got much worse since this photo was taken, and twice now while I've been travelling on the other side of the road from the tree, vehicles coming the other way have pulled out to avoid the tree and clipped the mirror of my car. I know that drivers should be more patient and wait, but this tree needs to be cut back in line with the curb.

  • Still no action on this, now even medium-sized cars are pulling out to the centre line to avoid this tree.
