Scooter/Scrambler motorbike gangs

Reported in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 17:31, Wed 8 November 2017

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1141011.

There is a worsening problem of yobs racing around on scooters, and in some cases off-road scrambler bikes with no number plates.

I've witnessed them mount the pavement and drive across the grassed area adjacent to Knightwood Ave, amongst other dangerous things.

Perhaps you could arrange for the local plod to catch a few one evening, and seize their (illegal) vehicles? Would be nice to be actually provided a service as a tax payer once in a while ;)

Updates

  • Was driving along Crossland Drive, and had a tw@t on a motorcross bike driving towards me on my side of the road, then mount the pavement and race across the grass area adjacent to Old Copse Road.

He/she (lets assume its a young male) had no plates on their bike, and had a helmet on (to hide identity).

Please can the police actually 'protect and serve' the community, and take these w@nk stains out.

They have protective helmets on, so you cannot use the excuse that they might hurt themselves if you chase them.
