Excessive speeding with school children present

This area of road is the school parking for the nearby primary school. It should not be 60mph - it needs to be changed to 30mph or 25mph with flashing sign at school drop up and pick up times and the 'school' warning sign needs to be visible before the bend. There is continuously excessive speeding and there have been 3 serious accidents as a result of vehicles emergency breaking on this junction to allow children to cross the road - yet nothing has been done to change this situation.
