Smell emanating from the culvert.

Sent to East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1140188.

There is a smell emanating from the culvert at Finchdean. The smell has been reported to the Environments Agency, but they phoned back to say that this was not there issue.

It smells like sewage, but the first 20m of the culvert seems clear.

The culvert is used to take away Lavant spring water.
