Sent to Lancashire County Council and West Lancashire Borough Council 2 minutes later

On November 5th one of the garages at the side of 23 Elmstead had the wooden boarding/door stolen by local criminal youth to burn on bonfire night, they also attempted to remove the boards off the other two boarded garages, The now open and unsecure garage has been flytipped in already and the rubbish was set alight. The fire looks to have damaged the garage roof beams !! Please seriously consider putting replacement garage doors on these boarded up garages and renting them out to create council revenue rather than leaving them to languish and attract nuisance vandelism, constant fly tipping and the wooden boards being set alight. Local residents are seriously annoyed, inconvenienced and left feeling threatened by this ongoing situation, the council should be taking the measures necessary to stop this happening repeatedly to the moral tax payers that have no choice but to live among this criminal scum behaviour.
