Footpath blocked by water over 20cm deep making it impassable in normal walking boots

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1139103.

The deep water is several metres long and the full width of the footpath. Having almost reached Red Post Lane, one alternative would be to retrace your steps and attempt to cross the A303 at Monxton Lane. Because of the obvious dangers crossing this road, this path is not used and hence is overgrown.
