Poor Virgin media installation.

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1137621.

Virgin media have cut through my drainage pipe and my garden floods after every rainfall. There is now dropping to my front garden where the rain collects and i also have movement cracks inside my property. Virgin media deny responsibility and also say that it is over 5 years old so not their problem. A builder and drainage company, along with the highways department have confirmed damage caused by Virgin, but they still refuse to act and the damage grows worse each day.

  • Still ongoing. Virgin media keep avoiding the issue. They lie, and try to wriggle out, thinking i was born yesterday. Absolutely disgusting and uncaring about the serious damage they continue to cause.

  • None of the pot holes along Cheriton high street being filled.These include the ones up near Tesco.Also a lot of Pot holes in Star Lane reported but not filled
