Volkswagen Van abandoned outside my house

This van has been parked outside our house for the last 4 weeks (since about 3rd October) No one in the street knows who it belongs to and also when trying to back our car out of the driveway it is blocking our view for oncoming cars or motorcycles coming from under the railway bridge.

Have you checked if the vehicle is Taxed & MOT'd ?

Dial 101 and tell them your concerns about how it affects you when you want to come off the drive and what can the police do ? Ticket! or even towing it away

I hate when drivers park inconsiderably infact I go bonkers!

Van was removed either by owner or council we don't know but it was gone the next day after reporting it. However it returned on the 15th November 2017 to virtually the same parking space again within a few inches. Again it hasn't moved for the last 6 days. Have been told it was parked on the road by the local green for the two weeks that it wasn't outside our house now its back again. Other than reporting to the police or council again it seems we can do nothing as the road has no lines or parking restrictions.

Have you checked the van out at night ? I've seen foreigners living in camper vans, working away and the van/s used as sleeping quarters at night.

I agree that it will be being used as transport for such people as Polish/Latvian workers .....tossers.
