Bollard missing on corner

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1135092.

On corner of Hiltingbury (north side) and Winchester Roads there used to be a bollard which stopped left-turning drivers mounting the pavement. This was damaged and not replaced a while ago. Please could you replace, for the safety of the 100s of Thornden pupils that walk around the corner? Alternatively, please could you work on the kerb so that it is much less easy for drivers to mount the pavement to squeeze past someone waiting to turn right onto W Road?
