Street light shining directly into bedroom

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1133450.

I live on a new build estate and a street light was placed right outside my bedroom window. This causes sleepless nights and I have had to install a blackout blind and a set of curtains to reduce the light coming through. These lights are on all night and are bright LEDs.

Is there anyway to sheild the light to help reduce it shining through 2nd floor level?
