Vehicle hit pavement pollard

One of the pedestrian protection pollards, outside Thai Moon restaurant on the corner of Queensway & Frankswood Avenue, has been removed from it's mount after been hit by a vehicle. This occurred between 17:20 - 17:25pm 26th Oct, the pollard came to reset some metres away next to the bus shelter.
