Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1133333.

Padlock and chain that was keeping access gate shut has been removed allowing vans to gain access and dump rubbish. The exact location is road down to Cold Christmas opposite the Sow & Pigs public house Thundridge. The access gate is on the left hand side just over the A10 bridge. This is a Hertfordshire Public walkway that is being littered.

The problem is still there and worse with more being added to this area. The weather spreading the rubbish everywhere.
