Broken branch of tree risk of falling on carriageway

Due to the high winds a large branch at the top of the tree outside No 7 Frankswood Avenue appears to have snapped off and is resting on the remainder of the tree. From street level it looks like another storm will dislodge the broken branch to fall on the carriageway
