Dog fouling along path

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 14:35, Mon 23 October 2017

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 5 minutes later

There has been a marked increase in dog fouling along the path around 13 Ladywood Road in the past few weeks. It appears to be mostly by the same dog. The fouling occurs most days, usually around 2-4pm, though I have yet to catch the owner. It is often in the middle of the path with small amounts dotted along the way - so it looks as if the dog is being dragged along whilst it is going to the toilet. Not surprisingly it often gets trodden on. Please could you at least put signs up as a deterrent?
