Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1130345.

Cars repeatedly parked outside houses half on the path and half on double yellow lines, causing an obstruction to traffic and pedestrians. Nearly caused a crash today.
