Sent to Kent County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1130199.

The road o/s of 10 Mandarin is being pushed up from below and is deformed badly, also surface of pavement is deformed and causing a trip hazard. Suspect clay is getting wet, maybe main sewer leaking into surrounding soil. Has happened since hot weather in summer.
