No way to get off my street in my wheelchair
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 15:25, Thu 19 October 2017
Sent to North Yorkshire Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1129274.
I am disabled and have recently purchased a electric wheelchair, I wanted to try it out and try my new found freedom to go to the shops on Skipton Road. I found that there is no way I can get off the pavement on my side of the street and when looking at the other side there is no dropped curbs to enable me to drive onto the pavement in order to go anywhere.

I had a phone call from the council just before Christmas regarding the issue, she said she was coming to have a look at the problem that week, however I have heard nothing since.
