Sent to Trafford Borough Council less than a minute later
For the second week running I have been woken at around 5.20am by a worker in high visibility clothing moving all the bins on my street from the ends of driveways to the pavement edge, presumable ready for collection. I'm sure you can appreciate my irritation at this. I also question whether this is necessary, especially given, as stated by your own literature, bins are only required to be out by 6.30am.

Every week I am woken between 5 and 5.45am by someone, presumably from the bin collection staff moving the bins on my street from the ends of properties to the curb side. I was told that I would receive a response within 10 working days. I did not. I then received an email telling me that there was a delay in processing my complaint. A month I still have not received a response to my complaint. Not impressed.
