Overgrown Trees and Hedges dangerously encroaching on Highway

Location - Near Phone box and post box on Village Street, Offchurch. Large trees and bushes have become overgrown and are encroaching on to the highway. IT is now very difficult for two larger vehicles to pass along this stretch of road. Please could this be cut back before this becomes even more dangerous.
