URGENT. Abandoned caravan on Cockering Road adjacent the gated slip road. Licence plates removed to avoid identification. Filled to the roof with domestic rubbish. Traffic hazard and fire risk. Environmental Officers may like to investigate for evidence of ownership. Hopefully a prosecution and a lengthy jail sentence will follow. Can we have some surveillance of this frequently used fly-tipping site? Why do the good honest people of Chartham have to tolerate this time after time?
