Ruptured Tarred Footpath

Sent to Lancashire County Council and West Lancashire Borough Council 4 minutes later

This whole section of Tarred Footpath is Potholed AND Tree-Root Ruptured. This has been the situation for at least 12 years and gets progressively WORSE each year. The Surface is so UNEVEN that it quite difficult to walk on without stumbling somewhere along it length. STANDING Water is also an issue when it rains. PLEASE rectify this stretch of Footpath. Thank you.
