New Dog bones painted but in wrong place

We had new dog bones painted outside my property at rear of 75 Barton Road to replace worn away lines but they have been redone in the wrong place as now the lines outside my garage are missing and subsequently everyone parks in front of my garage and I can't get my tractor in or out of the garage. I've had to call the police out twice to have cars removed in last 8 weeks and have been asked by police to report this problem to Dover Council as they can't keep coming out to move vehicles.
