Resurfacing of Windsor Road Ealing W5

Reported in the Roads/highways category by Sandra Carey at 12:06, Friday 13 October 2017

Sent to Ealing Borough Council 4 minutes later

During the resurfacing of Windsor Road, there has been no provision of crossing the road for pedestrians. This morning I crossed Windsor Road from The Grove and the Tarmac was wet so the soles of my shoes are now covered in sticky black mess. Why couldn't boards have been placed where you are obliged to cross? The pavements are now splattered with sticky aggregate and as I returned down Windsor Road there were four workmen sitting down as I imagine there was a problem, rather than sweeping up this debris. No consideration for pedestrians whatsoever.
