The road markings travelling from, eastern bypass to barton estate is completely wrong and dangerous.

I am a Barton estate resident and I use this round about from all directions on average almost every day.
Travelling north on eastern bypass towards the Headington hamburger roundabout there are three lanes going onto roundabout. The far left lane says you can get to Barton in it. This is wrong. It should not say Barton at all.
The far right and middle lane can say Barton.
At no other round about would you expect the far left hand lane of 3 to be able to go right (3rd, 4th or 5th exit).
I have seen numerous near misses where people in the middle lane are not expecting vehicles in the far left lane to be cutting across them.
These markings were changed only a couple of months ago but they have changed for the worst and it wasn't good before hand!
I have just learnt about a car on its room just past the exit on to the A40 northbound which is the area of my complaint. I saw that same thing nearly happen on 11/10/17 and I have noticed a lamp post on this corner is damaged too, presumably because of this road error.
