Invisible bollards

Sent to Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1125339.

The two concrete bollards at one end of the path joining Longmynd with Scafell Avenue are virtually invisible at night. It would be easy for a pedestrian or runner to have a nasty accident if they didn't see them. They are situated in a poorly lit location and would be safer if painted white or replaced with more modern reflective/high-visibility ones.
