  • Its not 001S - but is either the next one along (westbound and not on the map) or the one next to that.

  • Ref: 338532 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

  • This unit was attended to on the 31 October and had a new lamp fitted. Please can you confirm the unit number you are referring to so that we can confirm we are attending the correct unit.

  • Its the one in this photo - the one just before the wall starts on the Westbound side. There doesn't appear to be a number on it but its still not working.

  • Any idea when this will be fixed ? It was reported nearly 4 MONTHS ago. It makes this very unpleasant footpath/cyclepath even more unpleasant when it is dark

  • This is on our management system to be repaired, we have requested our contractor prioritise due to the length of time the units have been out.
