Overgrown trees behind 33 mameulah road in school field
Reported in the Trees category by Mr Michael Loszak at 10:54, Thu 29 April 2010
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 112376.
Again here I go again please can you trim the trees at least six foot. These trees have grown drasticly in the last 5 years so much so that I have little or no natural light to the rear of my house when the trees fill with leaves. Also there is the clean up involved after they shed the leaves which I will charge to the council this year. The usual "we have inspected the trees and dont see a problem" will not wash. I hereby give you 30 days to remedy the issue or I will be taking legal action against the council. Many Thanks

Still the problem of light & sun not able to reach the gardens of number 33&35 mameulah rd newmachar. The trees will only get bigger and cost even more to resolve if left to continue growing. Already my children have to wear fleeces even on a warm suuny day in the garden as the air is still cold & damp all day long. I can t dry any washing due to the damp conditions! It may seem like a small problem but the quality of simple life on a daily basis is affected & could be resolved simply by cutting 6ft off every few years or so. i have uploaded images for you to look at taken today on a very sunny day in the middle of the afternoon. Why cant or wont anything be done about this?
